I'll be presenting and facilitating the Producing Forum on Night 1 of this incredible 4-day event! The Artist Co-op is a shared space supporting the needs of professional artists in pursuit of their craft. Think: co-working for creatives. Rehearsal spaces. Coffee bar. Collaboration opportunities and discounts on artist services. Sounds pretty juicy, right?
Check out all four days of this awesome event starting with my talk on setting and executing your artistic goals. It's free as the day as long. And it's sponsored by the digital magazine and social network for creatives, DISTINCT. Don't miss it!

10 No-Fail Strategies for Creative Success is a one hour workshop based off of author Courtney Romano's book The First Ten Years: A Philosophical and Practical Guide to Creative Longevity. You will define your goals, eliminate the obstacles holding you back and build a creative practice you can sustain over a lifetime. After this one hour, you will walk away having created a plan for success on your own terms and a list of strategies to reach your dreams. Whether you are a recent college grad, a creative spirit, or someone further down the professional road looking for a change, this workshop is your first step.
This is a workshop I'm building specifically for the undergraduates in the Theatre and Dance departments at Muhlenberg College who are about to leave campus and become professional creatives. We'll cover how to bridge the gap between theory and practice, how to build a fulfilling career from scratch and a brief Q&A.
This Saturday, I'll draw on the themes and ideas from my new book, The First Ten Years, to teach a 90-min bari master class, featuring trampolines, toning and even a lil' meditation + breathing. After a sweaty 90 minutes, please feel free to stay for a cocktail, buy a pre-release of the book and, of course, take #swealfies with me. You can sign up here to reserve your spot. There are only a couple left!
I'll be at Muhlenberg College's homecoming weekend with about 30 other alumni authors. I'm so excited to be back on my old stomping grounds and sharing this work. The book won't be available until Nov 17th, but you'll be able to pre-order, sign up for freebies and get a sneak peak at my book trailer. Say hi if you're there!
